City commercial model and fashion designer Rachael Naijuka aka Tania Rakeri has amazed online users with her bridal hairstyle which cost her Shs20,000. Rakeri went for a short hair look and revealed that she spent the Shs20, 000 on styling.
She captioned the photo on her Facebook on which she revealed the amount as, “#Ndimuntuwawansi, a popular Luganda word that loosely translates as “I come from a humble background.”
The bride proved that you do not have to go for a pricy bridal hairstyle in order to look stunning for your wedding day.
Many of her online friends couldn’t help but praise her.
One wrote, “It’s very rare to find a bride with short hair, big up to u. I love this. U looked very beautiful.”
Another added, “Me too I was thinking the same thing about her looking so beautiful with short hair. Wow she looked amazing.”

Rakeri is one of the brains behind Bakiga Nation, a group that celebrates the Kiga culture through conventions, music, art, clothing and so on.
She is known for looking gorgeous with short natural hair and she decided to maintain her look, only styling it with accessories for her wedding day.
Rakeri is not the only bride that has done short hair and come out looking radiant. Sarah Abesiga reveals that she spent Shs10,000 on hair during her wedding.
These brides are proof that one can look good at their wedding with any hairstyle of their preference, whether they go for long natural hair styling, weaves, short hair or even dreads.
